All products sold by Blue Sky Safes include freight for a dock-to-dock delivery anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. All of our safes are shipped free of charge normally within 3 business days.  All products under 150lbs will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Dock-to-Dock Shipments
This is for all products for which you do not select "Inside Delivery" and weigh over 150lbs.  Normally within 3 business days we will ship your safe(s) or file(s) to your residence or business via our selected freight company.  However, these products will NOT be taken off of the truck.  Please be prepared to remove the safes yourself.  If a lift gate service is required, please contact us (at the time of the order) so that we can arrange this with the freight company.  There may be an additional charge for lift gate services.

Lift Gate Service Option 1:  Lift Gate Services $75- Lift gate services are available on any product weighing 150-2500lbs. This service will require the carrier to get your product to ground level only. please have some arrangement to get your safe into your home or business. No placement is included.

Option 2: Phoenix Inside Delivery $125 - For all Phoenix safes and files, we will ship and install via our selected freight company. This high quality installation service will include:
Taking the safe or file cabinet off the truck.
Unpacking the safe or file cabinet.
Placing it in your desired location.
And removal of all the debris from the site.

The shipment time for this service is 7-9 business days. You will be notified via a phone call 24 hours in advance from the freight company to insure a well planned delivery. Please advise us if you have circumstances that make an installation difficult. These include inclines, uneven pavement, no pavement, and additional stairs. We can handle these situations, but they require more equipment or manpower.
**NOTE** This service can be performed only on a first floor which is fewer that 3 steps up or down (or if you have an elevator on this first floor).  If you need installation on a floor that is more than 3  steps up or down, please contact us and we will arrange a quote for you.

Option 3: FireKing Inside Delivery $150- Your product will be brought inside the location, but only to a ground floor where NO stairs are required to reach it.

Option 4: FireKing Inside Installation $245 - This high quality installation service will include:
Taking the safe or file cabinet off the truck.
Unpacking the safe or file cabinet.
Placing it in your desired location.
And removal of all the debris from the site.

Stairs - $185.00 per flight on average. A site survey may be required. One flight of stairs is 4-15 stairs. A flight of stairs with a landing counts as 2 flights of stairs.

Returns:
All items can be returned within 1 year for a refund. They must be in their original packaging and be in a condition allowing them to be sold again. They cannot show signs of use. All returns must have a return authorization number. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the items, and all items are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover our outbound freight costs. Special ordered items cannot be returned. Inbound and outbound freight will be added to all cancelled orders that have already been shipped.
