The products represented on this website are constructed of
quality materials under careful supervision. We believe our burglary resistant
products provide a great deal of security. But under the right circumstances,
the right tools, and an adequate amount of time, any security container can be
compromised.
Warranty:
All products carry a one-year parts and labor warranty unless otherwise
stated. Contact Blue Sky Safes for warranty service. Approval for warranty
service is required before service is performed.
FireKing Warranty:
If a mechanical or operable part of the FireKing
records container malfunctions or breaks down during normal use, FireKing, will
at its option, repair or replace such part FREE for as long as the original
purchaser owns the product. Associated labor costs for the repair or replacement
of these parts will be paid by FireKing for two years from the date of purchase
with authorization in advance. In addition, in the event that a FireKing file is
damaged in a fire, at any time while in the possession of the original
purchaser, FireKing will replace the cabinet free of charge, and ship it freight
collect to the original owner. Warranty service is available by contacting your
retail seller, or by contacting FireKing International Inc., 101 Security
Parkway, New Albany, IN 47150. FireKing reserves the right to have its
representative inspect any product or part to honor any claim, and to receive a
purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase before warranty service is
performed.
Phoenix Safe Warranty:
All Phoenix Safe products carry a two year parts and labor warranty. Contact
Phoenix Safe USA for further details. Warranty service is available by
contacting your retail seller, or by contacting Phoenix Safe International, LLC,
382 N Mt Zion Road PO Box 608 Lebanon, IN 46052 800-636-0778. Phoenix Safe
reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part to
honor any claim, and to receive a purchase receipt or other proof of original
purchase before warranty service is performed.
Returns:
All items can be returned within 1 year for a refund. They must be in
their original packaging and be in a condition allowing them to be sold again.
All returns must have a return authorization number. The purchaser is
responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the items, and all
items are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover our shipping costs.. Inbound and outbound freight will be
added to all cancelled orders that have already been shipped.
Damaged Products: Please inspect your product for hidden damage before
signing.
By signing for the freight free & clear of no damage, you are releasing all
rights of reimbursement for freight damage. The purchaser is responsible for
inspecting the items upon receiving them. If there is freight damage,
please reject the item for reasons of damage and it will be returned to us at no
cost to you. Then notify Blue Sky Safes of any damage so a replacement order can
be placed in a timely manner
Free After-A-Fire warranty on all of the FireKing & Phoenix Safe file
cabinets, media safes, and fire safes. Just notify us, send us a picture
of the safe, and a testimonial of the product and we will send you a new file
cabinet, media safe or fire resistant safe. Replacement of product will be with
current production style. Freight is free for replacement units, however,
additional services such as lift-gate or inside delivery will be at end users
expense.
Price Protection Guarantee
By purchasing an item over the Internet using our secure server, your future
orders are guaranteed against future price increases for the period of two
